Over two years of living through a global pandemic has put an incredible amount of stress on each of us.  Covid has challenged our ability to have consistency, connection, outlets for creativity and more.  In the United States, rates of anxiety and depression among adults were about 4 times higher between April 2020 and August 2021 than they were in 2019.   

It is more important than ever to take the time to protect your mental health.  And as always, 212NYC is committed to providing our members with thoughtful programming that supports your professional development and well being. 

In our first event of 2022, we want to empower you to take care of yourself during these challenging times.  In this interactive workshop, you will learn an incredible wellness practice that will help you manage your burnout, fight fatigue, and increase your happiness through taking care of your true self.

  • Practice tools to shift and maintain an empowered mindset
