Nominees are considered based on the following criteria:

  • 30 years-old or younger

  • Is recognized by their peers as an emerging leader in the industry

  • Has received promotions at their company to verify their status as a “rising” star

  • 1 Agency and 1 Publisher/Provider Recipient
