Throughout his career, Andrew Cassin has been a pioneer in the digital and programmatic advertising space. As a graduate and active member of the 212NYC Mentor Program, Andrew is known for his strategic thinking, open-mindedness, and collaborative approach, always seeking to elevate both the industry and those around him.

His passion for all he does shines through and we’re proud to name him a 212NYC Rising Star!

Andrew started off his digital media career on the publisher side, building the programmatic sales and strategy for Forbes.com. He was an early demand sales hire at Rubicon Project, leading their efforts with agency holding companies, independent agencies, and DSPs. At Connatix and Equativ, he played a key role in developing early demand sales teams and driving their SSP solutions in the US.

Currently, at Cadent, Andrew is the programmatic lead for their latest SSP offering, Aperture MX, which is at the forefront of the intersection between linear and CTV.

Hi! I’m Ariel Sabo, a driven content creator, social media strategist and now business owner of BY ARI based in the vibrant heart of New York City.

My journey began in Bergen County, New Jersey, where I fell in love for photography, social media and food at the age of 12 years old. In 2016, I launched my Instagram account, @ariels_eats, from my college dorm room during my freshman year sharing my culinary adventures and creative visuals with the world of 350 followers at the time.

With a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Quinnipiac University, I transitioned into full-time roles in sales and marketing after graduating in 2020. These experiences equipped me with a solid foundation in car and event sales, allowing me to move in the fast-paced environment extremely quickly.

Today, I am thrilled to embrace my dream career in social media management and content creation, focusing on helping brands and businesses connect authentically with their audiences.

Jay Wolff, president of 212NYC has tried to convince me to join this amazing program for the past 4 years, and finally I listened and stepped foot this early March of 2024. A significant part of my entrepreneurial success has been from 212NYC as their Social Media Manager. The experiences I have learned and the people I’ve met have made me into the business owner and social media strategist I am today in this incredible digital media industry.

I am an enthusiastic professional with a keen interest in pioneering new marketing trends, fostering meaningful relationships, and achieving rapid growth across various social media platforms. I am dedicated to applying the diverse experiences I have acquired to drive success in every endeavor.

My relentless curiosity compels me to constantly dive into new topics and ideas, igniting my passion for infinite creativity and innovation.

Production Manager, Heartbeat

Nyles Robinson is a dynamic Digital Production Manager with a strong background in healthcare advertising and strategic project execution. 

Born in Washington, D.C., and raised in North Carolina, Nyles moved to New York City to pursue a degree in Psychology at St. John’s University. 

He currently leads digital production initiatives at Heartbeat, ensuring seamless execution of complex projects while managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder communications. With prior experience at Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness and TBWA WorldHealth, his expertise spans digital marketing, healthcare communications, and strategic operations. 

Passionate about mentorship and diversity in the advertising industry, Nyles is also an active participant in 212 Digital Advertising Agency’s mentorship program and a leader within the West Harlem Progressive Democratic Club.
