The 212NYC Mentoring Program has been designed to pair and team senior executives with junior professionals in the advertising community. Mentors and mentees will have the opportunity to connect and work together on key matters to help the mentee advance and develop their skillset. Mentors benefit by giving back and providing guidance to the future generation of media professionals.
