About 212 Members/Event Attendees
212’s rapidly growing membership, and mix of event attendees represents a cross section of agency, vendor, and publishing representatives. Educational Events – Dialed-In / Meet the Marketer
Educational events will focus on the opportunities and challenges that new media offers specific vertical industries and will address specific topics of interest as they relate to the new media community. These events, moderated or hosted by respected industry experts will feature top executives from each industry sharing their insights into how the online channel and emerging media will impact advertising plans, both today and tomorrow as well as educate and inform 212 members regarding these topics.  Approximate attendance is 75-150 members.

Networking Events
Networking events are designed to provide an opportunity for new media professionals to gather in an informal setting and connect with colleagues - old and new - to discuss happenings around the industry. These sponsored events will be held at various venues around Manhattan throughout the year.  Approximate attendance is 700 members. 

Annual Special Events
212 develops annual special events that offer a separate and unique set of sponsorship benefits. A sponsorship package is available on request.

212 Strategic Sponsorship Opportunities
212 Strategic Sponsors provide the critical support necessary to maintain 212’s ongoing operations. Sponsors receive a year-long opportunity to extend their brand, messaging and reach to this very qualified constituency through 212’s premier educational programs, networking events, web site, and regular member communications. This opportunity is limited to up to six sponsors, and is offered on a first come first served basis. A sponsorship package is available on request.


EVENT DETAIL:

EDUCATIONAL EVENTS: Dialed-In/Meet the Marketer  are panel discussion that brings together industry visionaries from leading agency, web portal/publishing and the brand/vendor communities to discuss how the online media space is evolving, trends, tactics and how to make the medium more effective.

  • Frequency: Quarterly (January, March, June, September)
  • Projected Attendance: 75-150 online advertising professionals
  • Exclusive Sponsorship Fee: $8,500   Sponsorship Fee: $5,000 
  • Location: Downtown NYC

Pre-Event Promotion (4-6 weeks prior to event)
Recognition as event sponsor with company name and logo in:

Promotion at the Event:

  • Company name and logo on attendee name tags
  • Company banner displayed at event
  • Sponsor table to distribute collateral and/or premium items
  • Opportunity for company executive to give remarks and raffle door prize
  • Four complimentary tickets to the event

212 Networking Events provides members the opportunity to talk shop, socialize and make business contacts with the region's who's who in online advertising. Always anticipated, and well attended these events are must attend social gatherings that allow industry veterans and newcomers alike to mingle and share ideas and business cards.

  • Projected Attendance: Over 400 online advertising professionals
