Description:

Join 212 on Monday, February 25th for the very first of our “Dialed In” series in 2008.  In this educational event we'll be discussing the changing landscape of Customer Retention Marketing in the digital world.

Customer Retention Marketing, otherwise known in our industry as e-CRM or Digital CRM, is not just customer service, web applications, customization of content or the analysis of customers' purchasing behaviors on the internet.  Digital CRM is all of these initiatives and more, working together to enable a marketer to more effectively respond to its customers' needs and to communicate to them on a one-to-one basis.  The Digital CRM landscape is changing and marketers are struggling to find out how not only to acquire new customers but also to keep them.  This is a tremendous challenge in what is perceived to be a "non-loyal" digital marketplace.

Building a relationship with consumers, after they have given permission to do so, requires a communication strategy across the various "personal" media platforms such as email, cell phones and customized web applications (widgets).  Our panel of agency experts will discuss the techniques used to create strategies and processes as well as technologies used to identify, acquire and retain customers.

Moderator:
Tom Hespos, President, Underscore Marketing

Panelists:
Sean O'Neal, Chief Revenue Officer, Datran Media
David D'Alleva, SVP, Group Account Director at MPG, Media Contacts
Slavi Samardzija, VP, Group Director, Insights & Optimization, Wunderman
Won Kim, Supervisor, Coca-Cola Account, MyCokeRewards.com

Don't miss this opportunity to meet other interactive marketers at the top of their game.  Learn from today's thought leaders and discuss the future of Digital Customer Retention Marketing.
