Description:
YuMe is seeking a passionate and hard working Ad Operations Specialist to join our Client Service team, reporting to the Senior Ad Operations Manager. The Ad Operations Specialist will utilize YuMe’s proprietary ad serving and campaign management platform to create, deliver, optimize and manage online video advertising campaigns across YuMe’s publisher network. The right candidate must have experience using ad serving systems and be able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities. Candidates should be a self starter with excellent attention to detail, work well with others and be able to adapt to changes quickly in a startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize YuMe’s proprietary ad serving and campaign management platform to upload creatives, set parameters according to specifications and launch video advertising campaigns in a timely manner.
• Manage and coordinate the exchange of all video advertising creatives and tracking assets
• Work with video creative and formatting tools, HTML creative code and 3rd party ad tracking tags
• Executes Ad Deliverables providing QA and best practice guidelines
• Troubleshoot campaign and technical issues and work with internal teams to find resolution
• Completes special projects as defined by Senior Ad Operations Manager

Requirements:
• 1+ years of online ad operations/trafficking experience
• Experience using an ad serving system (Atlas, DoubleClick, 24/7 Real Media, etc)
• Knowledge of online advertising models (CPM, CPC and CPA)
• Knowledge of rich media ad serving technologies
• Outstanding organizational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Flash, Windows Media Player, QuickTime, JavaScript or HTML preferred
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills
• Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• BA/BS degree
