The Associate Media Director will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with partners, vendors and clients; point of contact for day-to-day management of client business. Responsibilities: · Contribute to client's business growth by identifying new business opportunities. · Actively participate in new business and internal agency thinking by assisting media director in day-to-day management of Media Services. · Development of communication strategies for multiple clients; drive implementation of the newest technologies and marketing strategies. · Ability to build spending strategies, success metrics, introduce new success metrics and portfolio management. · Manage Revenue analyses in order to optimize and provide strategic guidance. · Provide mentorship for team members. · Encourage and inspire campaign management team to build first class campaigns. · Interpret and draw relevant insight from research resources; advanced knowledge in working with syndicated research tools as well as non-syndicated sources. · Generate, assemble, and present time sensitive reports, ad-hoc reports and POVs. · Well-versed in all forms of digital media with a strong knowledge of competitive marketplace including competitive practices, bid landscape, and product offerings. · Knowledge of offline and online space; understands the relationships between brand, media, and consumer; working knowledge of online performance tracking and brand measurement tools. · Excellent quantitative analytical skills; knowledge of testing methodologies. · Senior level client negotiation and management experience with the ability to write clearly and to make lively, imaginative but substantive presentations. · Ability to manage multiple projects at once and ensure strong integration across the organization. · Contributes strategic insight in new business efforts; determines optimal staffing assignments for existing clients as well as for new business efforts. · Responsible for on-going optimization of campaigns. · Will define, measure, and increase productivity of all clients. · Management of cross functional projects across technology, operations, finance, audience intelligence, client, planning agency, and 3rd party. · Use of internal workflow and management tools (i.e. salesforce, campaign budget reporting etc.) is a must.
