


As adviser to agencies and media companies, Kendall has run her recent pursuits through a company she established, Influence Collective, LLC, in NYC (http://www.influencecollective.com/).
Beginning in October '09, her primary focus is Carolyn & Co. Media, where she oversees digital ventures, namely the establishment of Work Her Way (http://www.workherway.com/), general managing the business and supporting Carolyn Kepcher, former Trump Organization EVP and the company's founder.
Allen¹s 16-year path has led from print to digital media, from publisher to agency-side. She first spent a few years covering emergent media, tech in the SF Bay Area as a moonlighting, independent journalist obsessed with the broadening media landscape.
Then moving from print to the digital realm during its most formative years, Allen helped found Thrive, an AOL/Time Inc. JV, ultimately leading consumer marketing, distribution for the company. She has held top posts at USWeb/CKS and Euro RSCG Circle. Allen¹s most recent post before advising the team at Œmktg¹ was Managing Director for Incognito Digital, LLC where she spent two years building the agency from its nascent state, expanding the client base, establishing its voice in the market.
A highly regarded thought leader within media and marketing circles, she was on the founding floor of Search, as an original executive at Fathom Online, for whom she moved to New York to open the east coast and then regional Director of Client Services for iCrossing. She contributes heavily to thought leadership in the field, as Adjunct Instructor for Laredo Group; frequent speaker at SES; regular editorial or programming contributor to Media Post and iMedia; and periodic NYU guest lecturer.
